Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the JenCho Floor Care website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Services Provided

JenCho Floor Care provides professional floor cleaning, polishing, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties in Central Louisiana. All services are subject to the terms outlined in this document and any written estimates or contracts.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided by JenCho Floor Care are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service execution. We will always communicate any necessary changes before proceeding with additional work.

Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are confirmed 24-48 hours in advance. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Service Guarantees

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns. We will work to make things right.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Commercial accounts may qualify for net-30 terms with prior approval.

Property Access and Conditions

Customers are responsible for clearing furniture and obstacles from floor surfaces before service. We are not responsible for moving heavy furniture. Please inform us of any special conditions, hazards, or access requirements.

Limitation of Liability

JenCho Floor Care's liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper maintenance by the customer.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of JenCho Floor Care and may not be reproduced without written permission.
