Our Commitment to Satisfaction
At JenCho Floor Care, we are committed to providing high-quality floor care services. We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and service issues.
Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and make things right. In many cases, we will re-service the affected area at no additional cost.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds may be considered when:
- Service was not completed as agreed
- Quality issues were not addressed after follow-up service
- Charges were incorrect or unauthorized
- Service could not be completed due to circumstances on our end
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our office within 7 business days of service completion. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may incur a small fee to cover our scheduling costs.
No-Shows
If we arrive for a scheduled appointment and cannot access the property or no one is present, this may be considered a no-show. We will attempt to contact you before leaving. A re-service fee may apply for rescheduling.
Payment Refunds
Full refunds are provided if:
- We cannot complete the service due to unforeseen circumstances
- Charged amount differs significantly from quoted amount without prior approval
- Service was paid in advance and could not be completed
